2025 - 17th World Wushu Championships (世界武术锦标赛)

Dates: August 31 to September 7, 2025

Location: Brasilia, Brazil

Key achievements:

3 athletes from Wayland Li Wushu selected to the Canadian National Wushu Team in taolu competition
Erica Li achieved 9th place for Changquan, 9th for Jianshu and a top ten finish for Qiangshu
Caleb Akai achieved 6th place in the qualifier round for Daoshu, and 9th overall in the final Daoshu division
Rasa Rahnema achieved 15th place in Nanquan, 10th for Nandao and 15th for Nangun
