On January 21, 2020, the demonstration team of Wayland Li Wushu performed on YTV’s Zone Weekend program for Lunar New Year.
We very much appreciate the opportunity from the YTV team to perform wushu for Canadian audiences!
A special thank you to Chelsea, Gary and host Spencer, as well as the rest of the crew!
January brings renewal to our lives and new goals - like improving our wushu skills! Congrats everyone on working hard throughout the winter holidays.

On December 22 and 23, 2019, Walyand Li students performed in the theater production of My Mulan. Congrats to all students for a wonderful performance!
The event was held at the Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto.

On November 30, 2019, the performance team of Wayland Li Martial Arts Centre held a wushu demonstration for the DFC Auto Group Gala. The event was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto.

Congratulations to Erica Li, world champion that took home bronze for Double Straightsword at the 15th World Wushu Championships. The event was held in Shanghai, China from October 19th to 24th. Erica finished with a score of 9.17. We are very proud of you and your amazing accomplishment!

Wayland Li Martial Arts Centre performed several Wushu and Lion Dance demonstrations for the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Thank you all students and parents for your efforts.
On September 15, 2019, the performance team of Wayland Li Martial Arts Centre held a Wushu and Lion Dance demonstration for the Liberal Party of Canada. The event was based in Markham, Ontario. Thank you to Mr. Trudeau for making the time to take a photo with us. We are very proud and honoured!
On September 9, 2019, the newest members of Wayland Li’s demo team performed at the Health Awareness Day. The event was held at the Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto. Thanks all students and parents!
