Congratulates to Tiggy and Rasa who both competed in the 2026 Pan-American Wushu Championships!

Key Achievements:

• Two athletes from Wayland Li Wushu competed on the Canadian National team

• Antigone (Tiggy) Tse: 🥇1st in Daoshu, 4th in Changquan, and 6th in Gunshu

• Rasa Rahnema: 🥈2nd in Nanquan and 🥉3rd in Nandao

Congrats on results at 2024 Pan-Am Wushu Championships

Congratulates to all Canadian athletes that competed in the 2024 Pan-American Wushu Championships! 

Dates: August 29th - September 2, 2024

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States

Key Achievements:

• Nearly 60 members of the Canadian Wushu National Team competed in the championships, representing Canada among more than 1,000 athletes from 12 countries participating in the games

• Wayland Li athletes won a total of 21 🥇gold medals, 19 🥈silver medals and 10 🥉bronze medals

• Congratulations everyone on your hard work and amazing achievements!

11th Pan-Am Wushu Championships in Texas

The 11th Pan-American Wushu Championships (PAWC) was held in Lubbock, Texas and 10 athletes from Wayland Li represented Canada.  Congratulations Erica, Zeina, Rex, Stanley, Amanda, Julia, Adam, Louis, Kai-Hsin and Caleb.  Together our athletes took home 3 gold medals, 6 silver and 3 bronze. Superb!

10th Pan-Am Wushu Championships, Costa Rica

Nine students from Wayland Li were selected to represent Canada at the 2014 PanAm Wushu Championships. We were awarded a total of 12 medals, including 5 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze.  Congratulations to everyone for your achievements and to Sarah and Erica for your gold medal performances!
